The Ohio Valley Region of the Design-Build Institute of American is one of 14 Regions in the United States of America and includes Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.  While DBIA National hosts several conventions and offers training seminars, the Regions provide grassroots networking in the A/E/C industry and building owners.
